Welcome to SOLAS Wellness! I'm so honored to support you on your journey of healing and transformation. If you're feeling stuck, disconnected, or seeking alignment with your true potential— or you're on your own path to becoming a mama, I would love to support you.

Using a blend of intuitive practices, hypnotherapy, Reiki healing, and sound therapy, I'll help you release what no longer serves you and reconnect with the radiant light that's already within you. My own path to motherhood shapes how I hold space for women trying to conceive and preparing for birth & this work is deeply personal to me. I offer dedicated 1:1 hypnosis and energy work for women on the TTC journey. We walk through the portal of acceptance, surrender, deep trust in your body, calming the nervous system, easing the two-week wait, and supporting you through treatment cycles. Plus a guided audio series, born from my own path to motherhood.
