Katie Coo
Katie Coo is a 200 RYT, sound healer, stretching and flexibility coach, and aqua aerobics instructor.
I love making my work accessible to ALL people I come into contact with. Everyone deserves healing and everyone deserves a chance and a space to do just that.
Come with me on a journey of sound, vibration, magic, and meditation. During my sound baths, you will be guided through an exploration of your chakras, all of the elements of nature, and more. You will be laying comfortably in a still meditation. During a sound bath, you close your eyes and let the sounds, your breath, and your body guide your awareness. I channel love, the universal life force energy, and peace through you as I do my sessions.
I use visualization to try to clear out any sludge and brighten your chakra centers, wash you from the inside out, and bring you on an adventure with sensations from the vibrational energies flowing out of the instruments to your body, mind, and soul.
